Matthew 7 is the seventh chapter of the Gospel of Matthew in the New Testament. The chapter is the last of three chapters that comprise the Sermon on the Mount. The chapter deals with several themes, with 7:1-12 dealing with judging and discernment.〔''Matthew'' by Charles H. Talbert 2010 ISBN 0-8010-3192-3 pages 91-95〕 Matthew 7:1-5 is The Mote and the Beam, which has a parallel in Luke 6:37-42.〔Steven L. Cox, Kendell H Easley, 2007 ''Harmony of the Gospels'' ISBN 0-8054-9444-8 page 72〕 At Matthew 7:7 Jesus returns to the subject of prayer, promising that God will respond to them. 7:13 and 7:14 contain the analogy of the broad and narrow roads, a warning of the ease of slipping into damnation. 7:15 continues the warnings about judgment and adds a caution about false prophets by repeating some of the language used by John the Baptist in Matthew 3. The chapter ends with the Parable of the Wise and the Foolish Builders in Matthew 7:24–27 which has a parallel Luke 6:46-49. == Verses == 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Matthew 7」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
